*Ride Series Terms and Conditions

RIDE CANCELLATION:

Reserved bikes may be cancelled without penalty by 5PM the day before the scheduled ride at www.flywheelsports.com under My Account. Each ride not cancelled by the 5PM deadline will result in forfeiture of one ride from the Series.

WAIT LIST:

Rides are offered to the waitlist on a first come, first served basis through email.

EXPIRATION:

Ride Series expire 1 year from purchase, and can be used at any Flywheel location in your home region. For example, Flywheel SEA rides can be used at any Flywheel studio in the Seattle region. Ride series are non-transferable and non-refundable.

**CLASS SERIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CLASS CANCELLATION:

Reservations for FlyBarre classes may be cancelled without penalty by 5PM the day before the scheduled class at www.flywheelsports.com under My Account. Each FlyBarre class not cancelled by the 5PM deadline will result in forfeiture of one class credit.

WAIT LIST:

Class reservations are offered to the wait list on a first come, first served basis through email.

EXPIRATION:

FlyBarre class credits expire 1 year from purchase, and can be used at any Flywheel location that offers FlyBarre in your home region. For example, FlyBarre SEA class credits can be used at any Flywheel studio with FlyBarre in the Seattle region. Class series are non-transferable and non-refundable.

RIDE CANCELLATION:

Fly South Lake Union, FlyBarre South Lake Union, and Fly South Lake Union PLUS+ members may cancel a reserved bike or FlyBarre class without penalty by 5PM the day before the scheduled ride or class at www.flywheelsports.com under My Account. Each ride and class not cancelled by the 5PM deadline will result in a $20 fee.

WAIT LIST:

Rides are offered to the waitlist on a first come, first served basis through email.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:

Fly South Lake Union, FlyBarre South Lake Union, and Fly South Lake Union PLUS+ memberships may be cancelled on 30 days' written notice.

PAYMENTS:

The membership fees will recur monthly until cancelled by the member in accordance with our cancellation policy (see above). The monthly fees will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made.

Fly Bellevue, FlyBarre Bellevue, and Fly Bellevue PLUS+ members may cancel a reserved bike without penalty by 5PM the day before the scheduled ride or class at www.flywheelsports.com under My Account. Each ride and class not cancelled by the 5PM deadline will result in a $20 fee.
