Born and raised in Bremerton, Washington, Naaman has always been into sports and physical fitness. After moving to Seattle in 2001, Naaman found his way into the fitness industry at a downtown Seattle gym. Naaman was a personal trainer for five years, and also taught various fitness classes such as kickboxing, core strength, and bosu challenge. But his favorite class to teach has always been indoor cycling.
He loves the challenge and the intensity of cycling, and he loves inspiring his students to display self-motivation and hard work in class. He also enjoys seeing the positive impact fitness has on people not only physically, but also mentally. He believes in hard work, setting goals, commitment, and always having a positive attitude.
Naaman is a University of Washington Husky, and he bleeds purple and gold. In the little spare time Naaman has, he loves being active, whether he is paddle-boarding, training, running, or just going to Magnuson Dog Park with his girlfriend and their American Bulldog, Maya.
